To ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with the mission of the Friends of the San Diego Imperial Network, please review the guidelines below before submitting an event for posting.

  •  Be hosted by a current Member/Friend of the Network
  • Provide value to credit union professionals (education, networking, collaboration, industry insight)

  • Align with the credit union philosophy and professional standards of the Network

  • Be open to credit unions, Friends, or invited industry partners 

Examples of what may be featured:

  • A new solution, service, or enhancement
  • A thought-leadership article, blog, or short resource
  • A company milestone or community initiative
  • Research, insights, or tools relevant to credit unions

Industry Events from Our Friends of the Network Guidelines

Friends of the Network are welcome to share events they are hosting that support collaboration, education, and meaningful connection within the credit union community with approval from the Board. 


Posting Guidelines

To ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with the mission of the Friends of the San Diego Imperial Network, please review the guidelines below before submitting an event for posting.

Eligible Events

Events submitted for posting should:

  • Be hosted by a current Member/Friend of the Network

  • Provide value to credit union professionals (education, networking, collaboration, industry insight)

  • Align with the credit union philosophy and professional standards of the Network

  • Be open to credit unions, Friends, or invited industry partners 

Required Event Information

To maintain trust and neutrality:

  • Event title

  • Host organization name

  • Event date, time, and location (or virtual link)

  • Brief event description (75–150 words)

  • Registration link or contact information

  • Company logo (optional but encouraged)

Content Guidelines

To maintain trust and neutrality:

  • No direct sales pitches, pricing promotions, or product ads

  • No political, religious, or controversial content

  • No competitive or disparaging references to other organizations

  • Events may not imply Chapter or League endorsement

Posting Timeline

  • Events should be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date

  • Listings will remain live until the event date unless otherwise requested

Review & Approval

  • All submissions are subject to review and approval by the Board Chair.

  • The Network reserves the right to edit content for clarity, length, or alignment
